Cabinet de conseil en recrutement appartenant à un grand groupe international, notre client accompagne les entreprises dans l’identification, l’évaluation et le développement des talents. Présent partout en France, il intervient sur des missions à forte valeur ajoutée et se distingue par son expertise multisectorielle, son approche humaine et sa capacité à créer des relations durables avec ses partenaires.

Dans un contexte de croissance et de structuration, le cabinet recherche un(e) Consultant(e) en Recrutement pour rejoindre ses équipes et contribuer au développement d’une division à définir selon votre expertise.

Vos missions :

Développement commercial :

  • Développer et fidéliser votre portefeuille clients grâce à une approche de conseil proactive.
  • Identifier les besoins des entreprises, comprendre leurs enjeux et leur proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Prospecter de nouveaux comptes, créer des relations durables et générer de nouvelles opportunités.
  • Représenter le cabinet auprès de vos interlocuteurs clés : directions RH, managers opérationnels, directions générales.

Recrutement & Gestion des talents :

  • Définir les profils recherchés avec vos clients et piloter la stratégie de sourcing.
  • Rédiger des annonces attractives et mener une approche de chasse lorsque nécessaire.
  • Conduire les entretiens, évaluer les compétences et accompagner les candidats tout au long du process (candidats à partir de 60k€ annuel de rémunération).
  • Suivre l’intégration, fidéliser les talents et être un véritable partenaire de carrière.

Vie d’équipe & projets internes

  • Contribuer au développement d’une division stratégique.
  • Travailler en synergie avec les consultants du cabinet pour optimiser les résultats collectifs.
  • Participer à la bonne dynamique du bureau en apportant votre énergie, votre expertise et votre sens du service.

Profil recherché :

  • Vous aimez le contact humain, la relation client et le conseil.
  • Vous avez une première expérience significative en cabinet de recrutement / chasse de tête.
  • Curieux(se), organisé(e) et orienté(e) performance, vous aimez relever les défis et apprendre en continu.
  • Vous appréciez travailler en équipe, partager vos idées et créer une dynamique positive autour de vous.
  • Vous avez une vraie fibre commerciale et une envie d’être acteur/actrice de votre propre portefeuille.
