Dans le cadre de son développement, il recherche un(e) Consultant(e) en Recrutement – Management de Transition basé à Paris pour renforcer son équipe.

Missions principales :

  • Développer et animer un réseau de managers de transition qualifiés dans différents secteurs d’activité.
  • Identifier, évaluer et sélectionner des profils experts et dirigeants pour des missions de transition à forte valeur ajoutée.
  • Accompagner les entreprises clientes dans l’identification de leurs besoins urgents en management et leur proposer les solutions les plus adaptées.
  • Gérer l’ensemble du processus de recrutement et d’intégration des managers de transition, en assurant un suivi de mission rigoureux.
  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients, en instaurant une relation de confiance et de conseil stratégique.
  • Assurer une veille sectorielle, anticiper les tendances du marché et identifier les besoins en management de transition.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5, avec une expérience en cabinet de recrutement, en management de transition ou en développement commercial BtoB.
  • Bonne connaissance des enjeux du management de transition et des profils recherchés pour ces missions spécifiques.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles, avec une capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau.
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, rigueur et autonomie pour piloter efficacement son activité.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement exigeant, stimulant et challengeant.
