En tant que Consultant(e) en Recrutement, vous intégrez une équipe en développement au sein du bureau de Toulouse.

Vos missions seront :

  • Prospecter, accompagner et identifier les besoins en recrutement sur des profils top/middle management auprès des PME et Grands Comptes de votre secteur.
  • Sourcer, évaluer, coacher et fidéliser les candidats tout au long de leur carrière, même après leur placement.
  • Faire correspondre les besoins des clients avec les compétences des candidats, en apportant un conseil à forte valeur ajoutée.
  • Assurer un suivi personnalisé des clients et candidats pour construire des relations de confiance et durables.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplômé(e) d’un Bac+3 à Bac+5, avec au moins 2 ans d’expérience en recrutement en cabinet et/ou en développement commercial BtoB.
  • Ambitieux(se) et entreprenant(e), vous aimez relever des défis et dépasser vos objectifs.
  • Orienté(e) business, vous savez créer et entretenir des relations gagnant-gagnant avec les clients et candidats.
  • Doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel, vous êtes curieux(se), à l’écoute et animé(e) par les échanges avec différents interlocuteurs.
