Notre client est un cabinet de conseil en forte croissance, spécialisé dans la mise en relation d’experts IT, freelances et managers de transition auprès de grands groupes et de start-ups.

À propos du poste :

Dans le cadre de son développement, notre client recrute un(e) Consultant(e) en Recrutement spécialisé(e) IT en CDI pour leur bureau basé à Lille.

Vous interviendrez sur l’ensemble du cycle de recrutement et commercial, avec un rôle central dans l’identification, la qualification et l’accompagnement de talents IT et de vos clients.

Vos missions :

Recrutement et développement commercial :

  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients : prospection, qualification des besoins, négociation et accompagnement sur mesure
  • Analyser les besoins en recrutement et comprendre les enjeux techniques et humains des missions confiées
  • Identifier, sourcer et qualifier des freelances et experts IT via différents canaux
  • Présenter des profils pertinents et accompagner les clients dans leurs prises de décision
  • Conseiller et accompagner les consultants tout au long du processus, de la qualification à la fin de mission
  • Assurer un suivi post-mission et veiller à la satisfaction des candidats et des clients

Participation à la performance du cabinet :

  • Mettre en place de nouvelles missions chaque mois dans le respect des objectifs fixés
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des process de recrutement et des outils internes
  • Alimenter et exploiter le CRM et la plateforme interne du cabinet

Profil recherché :

  • Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation supérieure (Bac +3 à Bac +5)
  • Vous justifiez d’une première expérience en cabinet de recrutement, en ESN, en freelancing ou dans un environnement IT.
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’organisation et d’un excellent sens relationnel.
  • Vous êtes curieux(se), orienté(e) solutions et appréciez comprendre des environnements techniques.
  • Vous aimez évoluer dans un environnement dynamique, exigeant et en forte croissance, avec des objectifs clairs.
  • Une appétence pour les métiers de l’IT et du conseil est indispensable.
