Cabinet de conseil en recrutement reconnu pour son expertise dans l’accompagnement des entreprises et des candidats, il intervient sur différents secteurs d’activité et propose des solutions sur mesure pour répondre aux besoins en talents de ses clients. Fort de plusieurs années d’expérience, il se distingue par son approche personnalisée et sa connaissance approfondie du marché. Il recherche un Consultant en Recrutement Senior sur la division Supply en CDI.

Missions principales :

  • Gérer l'ensemble du processus de recrutement pour les clients, de l'identification des besoins à l'intégration des candidats.
  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients, en assurant une relation de confiance et de conseil.
  • Identifier, évaluer et sélectionner des talents en utilisant des méthodes de sourcing innovantes.
  • Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus et outils de recrutement.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplômé de l'enseignement supérieur, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative en cabinet de recrutement, société d'intérim ou dans la vente de services BtoB.
  • Vous avez le goût du challenge et une âme d’entrepreneur.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en étant un membre actif de l'équipe.
