À propos du poste :

Dans le cadre de son développement, ce cabinet recrute un(e) Consultant(e) en Recrutement Senior pour rejoindre son équipe parisienne.

Vous prendrez en charge l’ensemble du cycle de recrutement, dans une logique de conseil, de qualité et de relation durable avec vos interlocuteurs.

Vos missions :

  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients : prospection, qualification des besoins, négociation et accompagnement sur mesure.
  • Gérer l’ensemble du processus de recrutement : rédaction d’offres, sourcing, chasse de profils, entretiens et présentation des candidats.
  • Assurer le suivi des missions : accompagnement client et candidat jusqu’à l’intégration, suivi post-placement.
  • Contribuer à la visibilité du cabinet : participation à des événements, animation de votre réseau et veille sectorielle.

Profil recherché :

  • Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure, vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 2 ans en cabinet de recrutement, idéalement sur des missions de A à Z.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se), curieux(se) et doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel.
  • Vous aimez travailler dans un cadre autonome, avec un vrai sens du service client et une culture du résultat.
