Notre client est un cabinet de conseil en forte croissance, spécialisé dans la mise en relation d’experts IT, freelances et managers de transition auprès de grands groupes et de start-ups.

À propos du poste :

Dans le cadre de son fort développement, notre client recrute un(e) Manager Business Unit IT en CDI, basé(e) à Lille.

Vous jouerez un rôle stratégique dans le pilotage et le développement de la Business Unit IT. Vous interviendrez à la fois sur le management d’équipe, le développement commercial et le pilotage de la performance, avec un fort degré d’autonomie.

Vos missions :

Pilotage et stratégie :

  • Définir et piloter la stratégie de développement de la Business Unit IT
  • Suivre et analyser les KPIs de performance et mettre en place des actions correctives
  • Contribuer à la croissance et au scaling stratégique du cabinet

Développement commercial :

  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients grands comptes, ETI et start-ups
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunités business et jouer un rôle de Key Account sur les comptes stratégiques
  • Négocier les missions et assurer un accompagnement premium des clients

Management et organisation :

  • Manager, accompagner et faire monter en compétences une équipe de consultants spécialisés IT
  • Structurer les méthodes de travail et les objectifs de l’équipe
  • Contribuer à l’évolution des outils, des process et de la plateforme interne

Profil recherché :

  • Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation supérieure (Bac +3 à Bac +5)
  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au minimum 2/3 ans en cabinet de recrutement, en ESN, en freelancing ou dans un environnement IT.
  • Vous disposez d’un leadership naturel et d’une forte intelligence business.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les enjeux commerciaux, le pilotage de la performance et le management d’équipe.
  • Vous êtes structuré(e), orienté(e) résultats et capable de prendre de la hauteur tout en restant opérationnel(le).
  • Vous appréciez les environnements exigeants, en forte croissance, et souhaitez jouer un rôle clé dans le développement d’une structure à taille humaine.
  • Une très bonne compréhension des métiers de l’IT est indispensable.
