À propos du poste :

Le cabinet recherche un(e) Manager ou Senior Manager pour renforcer son équipe dédiée au recrutement en contrat temporaire à Lyon. Ce rôle stratégique implique une gestion complète du cycle de recrutement, de la prospection à l'intégration des candidats.

Vos missions :

  • Management d’une équipe de 4 personnes.
  • Développement commercial : Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients, établir des partenariats durables avec des entreprises de divers secteurs.
  • Gestion des relations clients : Comprendre les besoins en recrutement, conseiller et accompagner les clients sur leurs missions en intérim.
  • Recrutement de candidats : Sourcer, mener des entretiens, évaluer les compétences et assurer le suivi des missions.
  • Veille sectorielle : Maintenir une connaissance approfondie de votre secteur, suivre les tendances locales et du marché de l'emploi.

Profil recherché :

  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en recrutement de profils en intérim, en agence ou en cabinet.
  • Forte orientation commerciale et goût prononcé pour le développement des affaires.
  • Excellentes capacités relationnelles, sens du service et esprit d'équipe.
  • Autonomie, réactivité et sens de l'organisation.
  • La maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel est un atout.
