Cabinet de conseil en recrutement appartenant à un grand groupe international, notre client accompagne les entreprises dans l’identification, l’évaluation et le développement des talents. Présent partout en France, il intervient sur des missions à forte valeur ajoutée et se distingue par son expertise multisectorielle, son approche humaine et sa capacité à construire des relations durables avec ses partenaires.

Dans un contexte de croissance et de structuration, le cabinet recherche un(e) Manager en Recrutement pour encadrer une équipe, développer une division stratégique selon votre expertise et contribuer activement au développement du cabinet.

Vos missions :

Management & pilotage d’équipe :

  • Encadrer, accompagner et faire monter en compétence une équipe de consultants.
  • Animer l’activité au quotidien : pilotage des KPI, suivi des objectifs, coaching individuel et collectif.
  • Fédérer l’équipe autour d’un projet commun et animer une dynamique positive, ambitieuse et performante.
  • Participer au recrutement, à l’intégration et au développement des futurs talents du bureau.

Développement commercial :

  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients grâce à une approche proactive et orientée solutions.
  • Détecter les opportunités, créer des relations durables et sécuriser des partenariats stratégiques.
  • Accompagner votre équipe dans la prospection, la négociation et la gestion des comptes clés.
  • Représenter le cabinet auprès de décideurs variés : DRH, managers opérationnels, directions générales.

Recrutement & gestion des talents :

  • Superviser les recrutements menés par votre équipe et intervenir sur les missions clés.
  • Définir les besoins avec les clients et garantir la qualité de l’ensemble du processus de recrutement.
  • Contribuer à la recherche de profils, au suivi des candidats et à leur accompagnement (profils de candidats à partir de 60k€ annuel).
  • Garantir une expérience irréprochable pour les entreprises comme pour les talents.

Vie d’équipe & projets internes :

  • Participer activement à la construction ou au développement d’une division sectorielle ou régionale.
  • Collaborer avec les autres managers et consultants afin d’optimiser la performance collective.
  • Porter les valeurs du cabinet et contribuer à son évolution par vos idées, votre leadership et votre implication.

Profil recherché :

  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée en cabinet de recrutement / chasse de tête.
  • Vous avez déjà encadré une équipe ou souhaitez évoluer vers un rôle managérial avec une forte dimension accompagnement.
  • Vous combinez fibre commerciale, sens du service et réelle appétence pour le développement des talents.
  • Leadership, empathie, organisation et dynamisme font partie de votre quotidien.
  • Vous aimez fédérer, transmettre, accompagner, tout en gardant un rôle opérationnel fort.
