Para lograrlo, el área de inspección avanzada requiere de líderes técnicos capaces de transformar la teoría en un impacto real en la sociedad. Buscamos un/a Adjunto/a a Dirección Técnica de Ensayos No Destructivos (END) para nuestra sede de Madrid. Tu misión no será supervisar de manera rutinaria, sino convertirte en la mano derecha de nuestra Dirección Técnica, co-creando el futuro de los procedimientos de inspección de la compañía y garantizando nuestra máxima credibilidad ante auditorías y clientes de gran envergadura.

Misiones con Propósito e Impacto: ¿Cuál será tu legado?

  • Desarrollar y validar procedimientos avanzados de END para unificar criterios técnicos en proyectos de gran escala, asegurando que nada quede al azar y elevando el estándar de calidad de nuestros servicios en todo el territorio.
  • Liderar y preparar con éxito las auditorías bajo la norma ISO 17025 para consolidar la acreditación de nuestros laboratorios, garantizando la confianza y el prestigio internacional que nos caracteriza como entidad líder.
  • Actuar como consultor técnico de cabecera y coliderar el departamento técnico, asumiendo la toma de decisiones estratégicas y supliendo la firma de la Dirección Técnica cuando sea necesario, lo que te dará una visibilidad y autonomía directiva excepcionales en el sector.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

No buscamos una lista de requisitos rígidos, sino las herramientas que necesitarás para triunfar y sentirte cómodo/a en este rol de alta responsabilidad:

  • Formación universitaria en Ingeniería: Tus bases académicas serán clave para comprender la complejidad estructural de los proyectos industriales y dialogar de igual a igual con los directores de ingeniería de nuestros clientes.
  • Certificación Certificada Nivel 2 (N2) en ultrasonidos avanzados (PAUT y ToFD) bajo normativa ISO 9712: Necesitarás este dominio técnico absoluto porque serás el referente interno encargado de validar y firmar las metodologías que aplican nuestros equipos en campo.
  • Experiencia o sólidos conocimientos en la norma ISO 17025: Tu familiaridad con los requisitos de acreditación te permitirá coordinar auditorías fluidas, eficientes y exitosas.
  • Mentalidad resolutiva y visión de negocio: Buscamos a un/a profesional ágil en la toma de decisiones, capaz de trabajar bajo un ritmo intenso y dinámico ("¡rock and roll!"), aportando soluciones prácticas en entornos cambiantes.

Además, los días 24 y 31 de diciembre son completamente libres para que los dediques a lo que más importa.
