CONVOCATORIA: ALMACENERO / CONTROL DE MATERIALES – LIMA

Sector: Obras Civiles y Eléctricas Lugar de trabajo: Lima Metropolitana

Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Almacenero / Control de Materiales para brindar soporte en la recepción, almacenamiento, control, despacho y devolución de materiales utilizados en proyectos de obras civiles y eléctricas.

📚 FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA

  • Técnico en Administración, Logística, Almacenes, Computación o carreras afines.
  • También podrán ser considerados candidatos con secundaria completa y experiencia equivalente en funciones de almacén y control de materiales.

💼 EXPERIENCIA

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en almacenes.
  • Experiencia en manejo y control de materiales de construcción y/o materiales eléctricos.
  • Deseable experiencia en proyectos de obras civiles, eléctricas, mantenimiento, construcción o servicios de campo.
  • Experiencia realizando recepción, despacho, inventarios y devolución de materiales.

📋 CERTIFICACIONES / CONOCIMIENTOS

  • Deseable manejo de Microsoft Excel a nivel básico/intermedio.
  • Deseable experiencia en control documentario y registros de almacén.
  • Conocimiento básico de inventarios, kardex, guías de remisión y documentación de ingreso/salida de materiales.
  • Deseable conocimiento en identificación y clasificación de materiales eléctricos y de construcción.

🔧 FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

  • Realizar la recepción, identificación, verificación y registro de materiales, herramientas y equipos.
  • Verificar cantidades y condiciones de los materiales recibidos, contrastándolos con la documentación correspondiente.
  • Organizar y almacenar adecuadamente los materiales de acuerdo con su tipo, características y condiciones de conservación.
  • Mantener el control y custodia de materiales eléctricos, de construcción, herramientas y equipos.
  • Ejecutar el despacho de materiales de acuerdo con las solicitudes y autorizaciones correspondientes.
  • Registrar las entradas y salidas de materiales, manteniendo actualizada la información del almacén.
  • Realizar inventarios físicos periódicos y reportar diferencias o faltantes.
  • Llevar el control y trazabilidad de los materiales entregados a los diferentes frentes de trabajo.
  • Registrar el retorno de materiales sobrantes, herramientas y equipos provenientes de campo.
  • Verificar y registrar materiales reutilizables, deteriorados, excedentes o pendientes de devolución.
  • Mantener actualizados los formatos, kardex, guías y demás documentos relacionados con el control de materiales.
  • Coordinar con supervisores y personal de campo la entrega y devolución de materiales.
  • Mantener el almacén ordenado, limpio y correctamente señalizado.
  • Aplicar criterios de seguridad para el almacenamiento y manipulación de materiales.
  • Reportar oportunamente pérdidas, deterioros, diferencias de inventario o cualquier incidencia detectada.
  • Cumplir con los procedimientos internos de almacén, seguridad y control de materiales.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en proyectos de obras civiles y eléctricas.
  • Jornada y horario de acuerdo con las necesidades del proyecto.
  • Ingreso a planilla y beneficios de ley, según condiciones de la empresa.
