En OCA Global tenemos el propósito claro de hacer de este mundo un lugar mejor, más seguro y eficiente. Actualmente estamos buscando incorporar un/a Arquitecto/a Proyectista Senior - Dirección de Proyectos e Infraestructuras enfocado/a 100% en el entorno de promotora e inmobiliario. No buscamos un perfil de diseño puramente artístico o conceptual, sino un/a profesional técnico/a, metódico/a y con un sólido bagaje en la ejecución y la documentación de proyectos reales.

¿Cuál será tu misión en el equipo?

  • Liderar el desarrollo integral de anteproyectos, proyectos básicos y proyectos ejecutivos para promociones inmobiliarias unifamiliares y plurifamiliares y espacios corporativos de la compañía, para asegurar la máxima excelencia en el diseño arquitectónico y estructural, ganando una visión global y estratégica de cada obra.
  • Asumir la dirección de obra en campo, coordinando los recursos y asegurando que la ejecución final sea fiel al proyecto técnico, lo que te permitirá validar tus decisiones sobre el terreno y garantizar la máxima seguridad en la construcción.
  • Redactar y supervisar con rigurosidad la documentación técnica y memorias de los proyectos, garantizando el estricto cumplimiento normativo y de plazos, para que te conviertas en el referente técnico y de calidad del departamento.
  • Coordinar de forma ágil y colaborativa con el equipo de delineación, apoyándote en ellos para el desarrollo de la planimetría de los proyectos básicos y ejecutivos, optimizando los tiempos de entrega y potenciando un ambiente de trabajo enriquecedor basado en el compañerismo.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Formación superior en Arquitectura: Necesitarás este bagaje para poder firmar y liderar legal y técnicamente los proyectos ejecutivos e inmobiliarios de la compañía.
  • Más de 4 años de experiencia en promotoras, constructoras o estudio de arquitectura: Esto te aportará el conocimiento real del terreno y la soltura necesaria para redactar memorias técnicas complejas y coordinar direcciones de obra con visión de negocio.
  • Dominio en el desarrollo de documentación técnica: Buscamos un perfil metódico que disfrute de la precisión en las memorias arquitectónicas, asegurando que nada quede al azar en la fase ejecutiva.
  • Conocimiento normativo local: Dado que los proyectos e inmuebles a desarrollar se encuentran en este territorio, es fundamental que conozcas de primera mano la normativa local (CTE, habitabilidad y POUMS) y las dinámicas del sector en la región.
