Auditor/a de Bienestar Animal

En OCA Global tenemos el propósito claro de hacer del mundo un lugar más seguro y sostenible. Para lograrlo, buscamos profesionales con sensibilidad por el sector primario que quieran especializarse en certificaciones y auditorías de alto valor técnico.

Si buscas dar un salto en tu carrera, aprender continuamente y trabajar en un entorno donde tu criterio cuenta, esta oportunidad es para ti. No necesitas experiencia previa en auditoría: nos encargamos de formarte y acompañarte desde el primer día para que te conviertes en un/a profesional de referencia.

Tus Misiones e Impacto

  • Certificar estándares de bienestar animal: Evaluarás en campo (granjas y centros de producción) el cumplimiento de esquemas clave como Welfair, etiquetado facultativo y normativas técnicas, asegurando que la cadena alimentaria responda a los máximos estándares de calidad.
  • Generar informes técnicos con valor real: Redactarás los resultados e incidencias de cada auditoría de forma clara y rigurosa, aportando la información clave para que los productores puedan aplicar una mejora continua en sus instalaciones.
  • Construir relaciones de confianza en el sector: Actuarás como interlocutor/a de referencia ante granjeros y productores, aportando un trato cercano, empático y profesional que facilite los procesos de certificación.
  • Organizar tu actividad en campo con autonomía: Planificarás tus rutas, visitas y tiempos para garantizar una gestión eficiente de cada proceso de auditoría.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Formación universitaria en Veterinaria o Ingeniería Agrónoma: La base técnica indispensable para comprender la realidad de los productores y los criterios de salud/bienestar animal.
  • Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio: Tu herramienta de trabajo diaria para desplazarte de forma autónoma a los centros de producción.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar y pernoctar fuera: Las auditorías se realizan sobre el terreno, por lo que requerirás flexibilidad para moverte entre distintas ubicaciones.
  • Dominio del castellano (valorándose el catalán): Necesario para comunicarte con claridad con los clientes de la región y elaborar informes técnicos rigurosos.
  • Sensibilidad por el bienestar animal y actitud empática: Porque tratarás a diario con productores del sector primario y la cercanía es fundamental para aportar valor en cada auditoría.

  • Equilibrio y bienestar real: Disfrutarás de un horario marco de 8:30 a 18:00 de lunes a jueves, con jornada intensiva de 8:30 a 15:30 todos los viernes, todas las vísperas de festivo y durante los meses de julio y agosto. Además, los días 24 y 31 de diciembre son libres para todo el equipo.
