En nuestra estación de OCA ITV Sariñena, buscamos un/a Auxiliar Administrativo/a para incorporarse a un equipo dinámico, colaborativo y comprometido con la excelencia operativa y la atención al cliente.

🎯 Tus Misiones con Propósito e Impacto

En tu día a día en la estación de Sariñena, tus misiones principales serán:

  • Gestión administrativa integral y contabilidad: Llevarás el control de caja, facturación y procesos administrativos diarios, garantizando la máxima precisión y fluidez en la operativa financiera de la estación para que todo el equipo funcione con agilidad.
  • Atención y acogida a clientes: Serás el primer punto de contacto telefónico y presencial, brindando una atención cercana, resolutiva y de confianza que haga sentir a cada usuario respaldado e informado en la inspección de su vehículo.
  • Coordinación y apoyo al equipo: Colaborarás mano a mano con el personal técnico y la dirección de la estación, contribuyendo a mantener un ambiente de trabajo positivo, eficiente y libre de incidencias.

🛠️ ¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

No buscamos requisitos como una lista de exigencias, sino como las herramientas necesarias para que te sientas cómodo/a y triunfes en tu rol desde el primer día:

  • Titulación Técnica: Grado Superior en Administración y Finanzas (o similar), que te otorgará la base conceptual y contable imprescindible para gestionar la facturación y el control de caja de forma autónoma.
  • Vocación de Servicio y Atención al Cliente: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y empatía, necesarias para interactuar de forma resolutiva y amable tanto con los clientes que acuden a la ITV como con los proveedores.
  • Competencias Clave: Orientación al cliente, adaptabilidad y facilidad para el trabajo en equipo, fundamentales para integrarte en una estructura plana y colaborativa donde nos ayudamos mutuamente.
  • Idiomas: Castellano fluido.
  • Residencia cercana: Valoramos positivamente la proximidad geográfica a Sariñena, permitiéndote conciliar mejor tu vida personal y disfrutar de un desplazamiento diario cómodo y rápido.
  • Se valorará positivamente que cuentes con experiencia previa en el sector de la inspección o gestión administrativa técnica, aunque te acompañaremos y formaremos en los procesos específicos de OCA Global.
