🚀 ¿Buscas una experiencia práctica en el área administrativa con impacto real en el sector industrial?

En OCA Global buscamos acoger a estudiantes en nuestra oficina de Madrid para apoyar a nuestro equipo técnico en tareas documentales y administrativas vinculadas a proyectos de inspección y calidad industrial.

¿Cuál será tu misión en este puesto?

🚀 Aprenderás haciendo. Desde el primer día colaborarás con el equipo administrativo en tareas reales, vinculadas a la gestión documental, apoyo a la facturación, control de expedientes, y coordinación con otras áreas internas.

📄 Te sumergirás en el mundo industrial. Tendrás contacto con documentación técnica y procesos administrativos vinculados al sector de la inspección y certificación.

🔍 Apoyarás la operativa diaria. Ayudarás en la gestión de datos, seguimiento de tareas, validación de información y resolución de pequeñas incidencias administrativas.

🤝 Formarás parte de un equipo cercano. En Madrid te espera un equipo que te enseñará y te acompañará durante tu formación práctica. No estarás solo/a.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

🎓 Estás cursando o has finalizado recientemente estudios en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Administración y Finanzas u otra formación similar.

💡 Ganas de aprender Buscamos una persona con iniciativa, curiosidad y actitud positiva, con ganas de crecer y asumir retos técnicos.

📍 Residencia en Madrid Para que puedas desplazarte con facilidad y formar parte activa del equipo en el día a día.

🧠 Manejas herramientas ofimáticas básicas (especialmente Excel), ya que te permitirán organizar y trabajar con datos de forma eficaz.
