En Nascor Formación (Grupo OCA Global), te ofrecemos la oportunidad de aprender el funcionamiento real del Sector Público desde dentro. No buscamos que lo sepas todo, sino que tengas curiosidad por entender cómo se ganan los concursos públicos y cómo se coordinan los proyectos de formación que impactan en la sociedad.

Formarás parte de un equipo joven en Pozuelo de Alarcón, donde darás soporte a dos áreas clave: Licitaciones (la estrategia para ganar proyectos) y Gestión de Proyectos (la operativa para que el talento brille).

🎯 Tus Misiones de Apoyo

Como becario/a, tu rol será fundamental para que los procesos fluyan. Aprenderás de la mano de expertos en:

1. Soporte en el Área de Licitaciones (El "Backstage")

  • Detección y Filtro: Ayudarás a identificar convocatorias de formación y empleo en los diarios oficiales (BOE, DOGC, plataformas de contratación).
  • Gestión Documental: Colaborarás en la recopilación de certificados, solvencias y documentación administrativa necesaria para las ofertas.
  • Maquetación y Revisión: Apoyo en la edición de memorias técnicas para que nuestras propuestas sean impecables y competitivas.

2. Apoyo a la Gestión de Proyectos y Selección (La Operativa)

  • Asistencia en Selección: Apoyo en el cribado curricular y contacto inicial con docentes/formadores para nuestros programas.
  • Control Administrativo de Proyectos: Ayudarás en el seguimiento de cronogramas y en la actualización de las bases de datos de los proyectos activos.
  • Atención al Candidato/Alumno: Soporte en la resolución de dudas administrativas, asegurando que todos los participantes tengan una buena experiencia con Nascor.

💡 ¿Qué perfil buscamos para esta Beca?

Esta posición es ideal para ti si estás estudiando o acabas de terminar y tienes:

  • Formación: Estudiante de CFGS (Administración y Finanzas, Asistencia a la Dirección), con posibilidad de realizar prácticas duales.
  • Posibilidad de firmar un convenio de prácticas con tu centro de estudios, prácticas curriculares o extracurriculares. (Modalidad Dual)
  • Detalle y Orden: En el sector público, una coma mal puesta importa. Buscamos a alguien meticuloso y organizado.
  • Agilidad con herramientas: Manejo fluido de Excel y facilidad para moverte por entornos digitales.
  • Idiomas: Fluidez en Castellano (necesarios para redactar y revisar documentación oficial).
