¿Buscas dar el primer paso en tu carrera profesional e integrar la gestión administrativa de facturación en el sector del control, la calidad y la innovación energética?

En OCA Global, trabajamos día a día para hacer un mundo más seguro y sostenible evaluando los proyectos que transforman la industria. Para reforzar nuestra División de Certificación en nuestras oficinas de Pozuelo de Alarcón, buscamos incorporar a un/a estudiante o recién graduado/a meticuloso/a y motivado/a para sumarse mediante una Beca / Convenio de Prácticas en nuestro departamento de I+D+i.

🎯 ¿Cuál será tu misión de aprendizaje?

  • 🧾 Soporte en la gestión de facturación y control económico: Aprenderás a revisar, verificar y registrar facturas, justificantes de gasto e imputaciones contables, asegurando la coherencia entre presupuestos y gastos reales de los proyectos de innovación.
  • 📑 Gestión y registro de expedientes de I+D+i: Colaborarás en la recopilación, organización y clasificación de la documentación técnica y administrativa (memorias, presupuestos, contratos e informes) necesaria para los procesos de certificación.
  • 🔍 Seguimiento de hitos y plazos: Apoyarás en la actualización del estado de los proyectos y control de fechas clave para que las justificaciones económicas y entregables se cumplan a tiempo.
  • 📞 Atención y coordinación administrativa: Desarrollarás tus competencias de comunicación dando soporte en la atención de consultas y coordinación con equipos técnicos internos y entidades colaboradoras.

✅ ¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • 🎓 Formación y convenio: Estudiando Grado/Máster o FP en Administración, Economía o gestión similar, con disponibilidad para firmar un convenio de prácticas de 6 meses.
  • 💻 Manejo de herramientas digitales: Dominio de Excel, Outlook y facilidad para aprender el manejo de plataformas de gestión documental o bases de datos.
  • 🧩 Meticulosidad y atención al detalle: Te gusta el trabajo ordenado, cuidadoso y disfrutas asegurándote de que los datos y documentos cuadren a la perfección.
  • 🗣️ Comunicación y actitud colaborativa: Ganas de aprender, soltura en el trato personal y buena disposición para integrarte en un equipo dinámico.
