En OCA Global buscamos incorporar un/a Becario/a Administrativo/a Comercial en nuestra oficina de Bilbao. Tu misión será pieza clave para que nuestra maquinaria técnica no se detenga, apoyando directamente en la programación de servicios y la gestión de pedidos.

🚀 ¿Cuál será tu misión en este puesto?

  • 📅 Planificación y Programación de Inspecciones Aprenderás a coordinar las agendas de nuestro equipo técnico, asignando rutas y servicios para asegurar que cada inspección se realice en el tiempo y forma acordados con el cliente.
  • 🛒 Gestión Integral de Pedidos Darás soporte en la apertura, grabación y seguimiento de pedidos en nuestro sistema (ERP), garantizando que toda la información administrativa esté alineada con las necesidades técnicas y comerciales.
  • 📞 Contacto Comercial y Coordinación Operativa Colaborarás en la comunicación con clientes y técnicos para confirmar citas, resolver dudas logísticas y asegurar que el flujo de trabajo sea ágil y sin interrupciones.
  • 📊 Control Documental y de Reporting Apoyarás en el cierre administrativo de los servicios, verificando que la documentación volcada tras las inspecciones sea correcta para proceder a su posterior facturación.

  • 🎓 Formación en curso Estudiantes de Grado en ADE, Gestión de Negocios, Relaciones Laborales o ciclos formativos de Grado Superior en Administración y Finanzas (imprescindible posibilidad de firmar convenio de prácticas).
  • 🧠 Capacidad analítica y organizativa Buscamos a alguien que disfrute poniendo orden, con capacidad para priorizar tareas y atención al detalle en la introducción de datos.
  • 🤝 Actitud proactiva y comunicativa Si eres una persona resolutiva, con buenas dotes de comunicación y ganas de entender "cómo funcionan las cosas" por dentro, este es tu sitio.
  • 📍 Residencia cercana a nuestras oficinas de Bilbao Para facilitar tu conciliación entre los estudios y las prácticas presenciales en nuestra oficina.
