¿Buscas dar tus primeros pasos profesionales en una compañía dinámica donde cada día aprendas algo nuevo? Queremos incorporar a nuestro equipo de Edificación en Madrid a una persona motivada, con ganas de aprender desde cero y ser parte activa de proyectos que transforman nuestro entorno.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

  • Apoyar en la gestión documental de proyectos: Organizarás y revisarás expedientes técnicos para garantizar que todo el proceso cumpla con los estándares de calidad e impacto del área de Edificación.
  • Control y registro administrativo: Colaborarás en el seguimiento de trámites, licencias y facturación para asegurar que los proyectos avancen de forma ágil y sin interrupciones.
  • Atención y coordinación diaria: Darás soporte en la comunicación interna y con clientes/proveedores, aprendiendo a gestionar incidencias con autonomía y rapidez.
  • Aprender y crecer con el equipo: Trabajarás codo con codo con profesionales experimentados que te acompañarán desde el primer día para que desarrolles tus competencias al máximo.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Formación técnica o en gestión: Grado o Formación Profesional (Grado Medio/Superior) en Administración, Gestión Empresarial o áreas afines. (Necesario para poder formalizar convenio de prácticas con tu centro de estudios).
  • Manejo de herramientas digitales: Dominio básico/intermedio de Excel y paquete Office, esenciales para la organización de datos en nuestro día a día.
  • Organización y atención al detalle: Ser metódico/a te ayudará a gestionar la documentación de proyectos complejos con precisión.
  • Proactividad y ganas de aprender: No buscamos que lo sepas todo desde el primer día, sino que tengas curiosidad, actitud positiva y ganas de asumir retos.
