🚛 REQUISITOS

FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA:

  • Secundaria completa.

EXPERIENCIA ESPECÍFICA Y GENERAL:

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia conduciendo camiones de carga de hasta 5 toneladas.
  • Deseable experiencia como conductor en obras civiles, eléctricas, construcción, mantenimiento o servicios en vía pública.
  • Experiencia en transporte de materiales, herramientas, equipos, escombros y material excedente.
  • Experiencia en labores de carga y descarga será valorada.

LICENCIA DE CONDUCIR:

  • Licencia A-IIb vigente (OBLIGATORIO).
  • Contar con documentación y habilitación vigente para realizar las funciones del puesto.

CERTIFICACIONES / DOCUMENTACIÓN:

  • Documentación personal y de conductor vigente.
  • Documentación del vehículo vigente y en regla.
  • SOAT vigente.
  • Revisión técnica vigente, según corresponda.
  • Deseable capacitación en manejo defensivo y Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST).

🔧 FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

  • Conducir el camión de carga de manera segura y responsable durante los desplazamientos hacia los diferentes frentes de trabajo.
  • Transportar materiales, herramientas, equipos, escombros y material excedente de acuerdo con la programación del servicio.
  • Realizar y/o apoyar en las actividades de carga, descarga, distribución y traslado de materiales.
  • Verificar que la carga se encuentre correctamente distribuida, asegurada y acondicionada antes de iniciar el traslado.
  • Cumplir las rutas, horarios y disposiciones establecidas por el responsable del proyecto.
  • Apoyar en el ingreso y salida segura del vehículo en los diferentes frentes de trabajo.
  • Respetar la señalización y las indicaciones del personal encargado de controlar el área de trabajo.
  • Verificar las condiciones básicas de operatividad del vehículo antes de iniciar las actividades.
  • Informar oportunamente sobre desperfectos, fallas mecánicas o cualquier condición que pueda afectar la seguridad del vehículo o de la operación.
  • Mantener el vehículo en adecuadas condiciones de limpieza y orden.
  • Cumplir las normas de tránsito, procedimientos internos y protocolos de seguridad establecidos.
  • Utilizar correctamente los EPP cuando se encuentre dentro de los frentes de obra.
  • Apoyar, cuando corresponda, en el ordenamiento del área de carga y descarga.
  • Reportar incidentes, accidentes, daños o cualquier eventualidad ocurrida durante el servicio.
  • Cumplir las indicaciones del supervisor y demás responsables de la operación.

Buscamos un conductor responsable y comprometido, con experiencia en transporte de carga y trabajos en obra, que tenga buen criterio para la conducción segura y el cuidado del vehículo, materiales y equipos transportados.

  • Jornada laboral de acuerdo con la programación y necesidades del proyecto.
  • Ingreso a planilla y beneficios de ley, según condiciones de la empresa.
