CONVOCATORIA: CONDUCTOR DE MINIVÁN – LIMA

🚐 REQUISITOS

FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA:

  • Secundaria completa.

EXPERIENCIA ESPECÍFICA Y GENERAL:

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia conduciendo miniván para traslado de personal en servicios de obra, construcción, mantenimiento o actividades similares.
  • Experiencia realizando traslado de personal entre diferentes frentes de trabajo.
  • Deseable experiencia en proyectos de obras civiles, eléctricas, energía, construcción o servicios en vía pública.

LICENCIA DE CONDUCIR:

  • Licencia A-IIA vigente (OBLIGATORIO).
  • Contar con récord de conductor favorable y sin sanciones que impidan el desarrollo de sus funciones.

CERTIFICACIONES / DOCUMENTACIÓN:

  • Documentación personal y de conductor vigente.
  • Documentación del vehículo vigente y en regla.
  • SOAT vigente.
  • Revisión técnica vehicular vigente, según corresponda.
  • Deseable capacitación en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST) y manejo defensivo.

🛠️ FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

  • Realizar el traslado seguro de personal entre los diferentes frentes de trabajo del proyecto.
  • Transportar herramientas, equipos y materiales menores, asegurando su correcta distribución y sujeción.
  • Cumplir las rutas y horarios establecidos para el traslado del personal.
  • Verificar las condiciones básicas de seguridad y operatividad del vehículo antes de iniciar la jornada.
  • Mantener el vehículo en adecuadas condiciones de limpieza, orden y funcionamiento.
  • Realizar inspecciones básicas del vehículo y comunicar oportunamente cualquier desperfecto o necesidad de mantenimiento.
  • Cumplir las normas de tránsito y los procedimientos internos de seguridad.
  • Aplicar prácticas de manejo defensivo y conducción segura durante los desplazamientos.
  • Apoyar en el traslado de personal, herramientas y materiales según las necesidades operativas del servicio.
  • Llevar el control y cuidado de los materiales y herramientas transportados.
  • Reportar incidentes, accidentes, desperfectos mecánicos o cualquier condición que pueda afectar la seguridad del servicio.
  • Cumplir las indicaciones del supervisor o responsable del proyecto.

👤 PERFIL DEL POSTULANTE

Buscamos un conductor responsable, puntual y comprometido con la seguridad vial y el traslado seguro del personal, con experiencia en servicios de obra y disponibilidad para desplazarse por diferentes puntos de Lima.

  • Disponibilidad para trasladarse a diferentes frentes de trabajo en Lima.
  • Jornada laboral de acuerdo con la programación y necesidades del proyecto.
  • Ingreso a planilla y beneficios de ley, según condiciones de la empresa.
