En OCA Global, buscamos un/a Consultor/a Comercial B2B Junior para sumarse a nuestro equipo en Extremadura, especializado en el desarrollo de negocio B2B. Una posición ideal para quienes quieran crecer en el área comercial de servicios técnicos, aportando soluciones de certificación y auditoría que marcan la diferencia para las empresas.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

💼 Detectarás oportunidades y generarás relaciones de confianza: Aprenderás a identificar potenciales clientes B2B en sectores industriales y empresariales, proponiendo soluciones adaptadas a sus necesidades de certificación y auditoría. 📈 Impulsarás el crecimiento de nuestra cartera de clientes: Trabajarás en la captación y fidelización de cuentas, con un enfoque estratégico y orientado a resultados sostenibles. 🤝 Asesorarás a los clientes para que sus negocios cumplan con los más altos estándares: Serás su persona de confianza, comprendiendo sus objetivos y asesorándoles para que cumplan con normativas clave. 📊 Desarrollarás habilidades clave en análisis de mercado y ventas consultivas: Te formarás para interpretar tendencias del mercado y ofrecer propuestas de valor diferenciales. 📝 Llevarás la gestión comercial completa: Desde la planificación de visitas, preparación de propuestas, hasta el cierre y seguimiento del cliente, acompañando todo el proceso.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

🔹 Actitud comercial y pasión por el B2B: Nos encantan las personas con iniciativa, perseverancia y visión estratégica. 🔹 Habilidades de comunicación y negociación: Clave para entender y conectar con los interlocutores de empresas. 🔹 Formación en áreas comerciales o técnicas: Preferiblemente en Comercio, Administración, Ingeniería o áreas relacionadas, aunque no es excluyente. 🔹 Experiencia previa en ventas o atención comercial, preferiblemente B2B: Si no la tienes, no te preocupes, te formamos. 🔹 Ganas de aprender y crecer en el sector industrial y de consultoría.
