En Nascor Formación, división de OCA Global, buscamos un/a Consultor/a Comercial de Recursos Humanos con experiencia en la venta de servicios de formación y consultoría. Una oportunidad única para liderar el desarrollo de negocio en un entorno dinámico, colaborativo y con impacto real en las organizaciones. Actualmente buscamos la posición tanto en Madrid como en Barcelona, ya que en los dos lugares tenemos oficina.

Tus misiones serán:

  • Impulsar la venta de productos y servicios: ampliar la cartera de empresas clientes y consolidar las relaciones existentes.
  • Gestionar el ciclo completo de venta: desde la prospección y la preventa, hasta la presentación de propuestas, negociación y cierre de acuerdos.
  • Asegurar la correcta ejecución de proyectos: realizar un seguimiento integral de cuentas, garantizando la calidad de los servicios y la rentabilidad de cada operación.
  • Analizar y reportar resultados: hacer el seguimiento de tu actividad comercial a través de Salesforce, contribuyendo al logro de los objetivos de negocio.

¿Qué buscamos en tu perfil?

  • Formación universitaria: Licenciatura o Diplomatura, (No imprescindible) valorándose formación complementaria en Recursos Humanos.
  • Experiencia sólida: mínimo 2 años en consultoría de RRHH y venta de servicios relacionados, con historial de consecución de objetivos.
  • Movilidad: carné de conducir y disponibilidad para viajar. Vehículo de empresa como beneficio.
  • Competencias técnicas: nivel medio en ofimática y manejo de herramientas CRM (Salesforce muy valorado).
  • Actitud comercial y estratégica: orientación a resultados, habilidades de negociación y capacidad de generar confianza en clientes de alto nivel.
  • Residencia en Madrid o Barcelona.
