Para conseguirlo, la optimización e innovación en nuestras herramientas tecnológicas es un pilar fundamental. Buscamos incorporar en nuestro equipo a un/a Consultor/a Funcional Salesforce para liderar la evolución de nuestras plataformas y procesos comerciales. Tu trabajo garantizará la alineación entre las necesidades de negocio y las soluciones técnicas en Salesforce, teniendo un impacto directo en la eficiencia operativa de nuestras divisiones globales.

🧭 Misiones con Propósito e Impacto

  • Analizar y optimizar procesos de negocio: Toma de requerimientos con stakeholders internos para diseñar soluciones funcionales eficientes en el ecosistema Salesforce.
  • Configurar y parametrizar la plataforma: Liderar la personalización funcional (flujos, objetos, informes y dashboards) asegurando la máxima estabilidad del sistema.
  • Acompañar y capacitar a los equipos: Actuar como referente funcional, facilitando la adopción de la herramienta por parte de los usuarios y diseñando formaciones clave.
  • Coordinar evolutivos e integraciones: Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo técnico de desarrollo y proveedores externos para la implantación de nuevas funcionalidades.

👀 ¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Experiencia funcional: Al menos 3 años participando en proyectos de implantación, configuración o administración de Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud o similar).
  • Habilidades transversales: Capacidad de interlocución con áreas de negocio, pensamiento analítico y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
  • Ubicación y modalidad: Modelo de trabajo híbrido (combinación de teletrabajo y días presenciales en sede), con flexibilidad horaria.
  • Valorable: Certificaciones oficiales de Salesforce (Salesforce Certified Administrator / Sales Cloud Consultant) o conocimientos en herramientas de integración.
