Requerimos para nuestro equipo de trabajo un Consultor Senior ISO 37301: Sistema de Gestión de Compliance para uno de nuestros proyectos en Pasco.

📌Objetivo del puesto:

Liderar la planificación, diseño, estructuración, implementación, operación y evaluación de desempeño del Sistema de Gestión de Compliance bajo el estándar internacional ISO 37301:2021, en sinergia con el Sistema de Gestión Antisoborno (ISO 37001) y el Sistema Integrado de Gestión (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) de Empresa de Generación Huallaga S.A. (EGH).

Garantizar la identificación y mitigación integral de riesgos legales, regulatorios, contractuales y éticos vinculados al sector energético e hidroeléctrico, asegurando el cumplimiento de la Ley N° 30424, Ley N° 31740, normativas sectoriales y lineamientos corporativos del Grupo CTG, fomentando una cultura de integridad, transparencia y mejora continua.

📌Funciones

  • Diseño e integración de ISO 37301: Planificar, operar e integrar el Sistema de Gestión de Compliance a la Pentanorma existente (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 y 37001).
  • Gestión de matrices y normativa: Elaborar y mantener actualizadas las matrices de obligaciones legales y de riesgos de cumplimiento en todos los macroprocesos.
  • Documentación, auditorías y capacitación: Redactar políticas y controles, liderar auditorías internas/externas, gestionar no conformidades y capacitar al personal en cultura ética.
  • Reportes y gestión ejecutiva: Elaborar informes técnicos (semanales, mensuales y final) y tableros de control de alto impacto para la Alta Dirección y Comités.
  • Cumplimiento SIG, SSTMA y Prevención: Promover las políticas de seguridad, salud y ambiente, el Modelo de Prevención de Delitos y cumplir los protocolos de ingreso a operaciones.

🟢Requisitos

  • Titulado y Colegiado (habilitado) en Ing. Industrial, Ing. Ambiental, Administración y/o afines
  • Experiencia mínima de 04 años en la implementación, ejecución, seguimiento, auditoría y mejora continua de Sistemas Integrados de Gestión.
  • Experiencia mínima de 03 años en auditorías de Sistemas de Gestión en las normas ISO 37001:2016, ISO 37301:2021, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 y/o ISO 45001:2018.
  • Acreditación certificada como Auditor Interno y/o Auditor Líder en las normas ISO 37001:2016 e ISO 37301:2021
  • Curso formal aprobado sobre el Sistema de Gestión de Compliance ISO 37301:2021 emitido por organismo acreditador o entidad de capacitación especializada.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en régimen 20x8 por periodo de suplencia
