Como Coordinador/a de Alta Tensión en esta posición, serás el referente técnico que garantice la excelencia operativa en infraestructuras críticas.   • Liderazgo y Desarrollo de Talento: Gestionarás y potenciarás a nuestro equipo técnico nacional, actuando como mentor para elevar su desempeño y asegurando que cada profesional tenga las herramientas para triunfar.
  • Garantía de Seguridad y Cumplimiento: Supervisarás las inspecciones de alta tensión para asegurar el cumplimiento estricto de la normativa vigente, protegiendo así la integridad de las instalaciones y de las personas.
  • Consultoría Estratégica al Cliente: Asesorarás a grandes cuentas y resolverás incidencias técnicas complejas, transformando desafíos técnicos en soluciones de confianza para nuestros clientes.
  • Excelencia Operativa y Mejora Continua: Elaborarás informes de actividad y liderarás auditorías que nos permitan seguir siendo la alternativa más rápida y fresca del sector, optimizando cada proceso bajo tu supervisión.
  • Cultura de Prevención: Integrarás la seguridad y la prevención de riesgos laborales como un pilar innegociable en cada operación nacional.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Formación Técnica: Ingeniería Superior, Técnica o de Grado en Eléctrica.
  • Experiencia Especializada: Necesitaremos que aportes experiencia demostrable en electricidad, ya sea en una OCA, en una empresa Mantenedora o en Facility Services. Este conocimiento del sector es clave para entender nuestros procesos y estándares de calidad.
  • Trayectoria en Gestión: Al menos 5 años liderando equipos y gestionando proyectos técnicos.
  • Movilidad: Carné de conducir y disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional, liderando el despliegue del área en las diferentes delegaciones.
