Buscamos a un/a Coordinador/a de Seguridad y Salud y Técnico/a de PRL polivalente para unirse a nuestro equipo en la zona de Algeciras. Si eres una persona que disfruta de la autonomía, el contacto directo con el cliente y los retos técnicos en obra y constricción, este es tu proyecto.

¿Cuáles son tus funciones?

En tu día a día, no solo gestionarás documentos; serás el garante de la seguridad en proyectos de gran envergadura:

  • Liderar la Prevención Técnica: Ejecutarás actividades del SPA (evaluaciones y planificaciones) para elevar los estándares de seguridad en industrias y obras, asegurando que cada trabajador vuelva sano a casa.
  • Excelencia en Oficina Técnica: Redactarás documentación técnica de alta calidad, transformando el rigor normativo en herramientas útiles y precisas para la operativa real.
  • Control Estratégico (CAE): Gestionarás la coordinación de actividades empresariales, una pieza clave para que la concurrencia de empresas en grandes proyectos sea fluida y segura.
  • Seguridad a pie de obra (CSS): Asumirás funciones de Coordinación de Seguridad y Salud, participando en reuniones de coordinación y visitas técnicas donde tu criterio será fundamental para la toma de decisiones.
  • Voz Técnica ante el Cliente: Serás el referente de confianza para nuestros clientes, aportando soluciones preventivas y un asesoramiento cercano que marca la diferencia en el servicio.
  • Soporte a la Salud y Formación: Coordinarás la Vigilancia de la Salud y potenciarás la cultura preventiva a través de la formación técnica.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

Más que una lista de requisitos, buscamos las herramientas que te permitirán triunfar en este rol:

  • Formación en Arquitectura Técnica o Ingeniería Técnica para comprender la complejidad técnica de los proyectos.
  • Es imprescindible contar con el Máster en PRL (3 especialidades) y el curso específico de Coordinador de Seguridad y Salud (200h), ya que son los pilares legales de tu función.
  • Experiencia Consolidada: Buscamos a alguien con 2 a 4 años de trayectoria en SPA, que haya combinado la oficina técnica con la realidad de la obra. Esta experiencia es la que te dará la autonomía para decidir con criterio desde el primer día.
  • Habilidades Digitales: Te sentirás cómodo/a utilizando Office 365, CRM, Prevengos y plataformas CAE, optimizando tu tiempo y la calidad de tu trabajo.
  • Movilidad: Para poder estar donde el cliente nos necesita, requerirás carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para desplazarte por la zona de Algeciras.
