Sobre el proyecto

Participarás en la supervisión de la reforma integral de un exclusivo resort turistico de gran lujo. La actuación abarca trabajos de gran envergadura como demoliciones, redistribución de espacios interiores, renovación de habitaciones y remodelación de zonas comunes.

🎯 ¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás responsable de coordinar y supervisar la seguridad y salud durante la ejecución de obras, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente y promoviendo una sólida cultura preventiva entre todas las partes implicadas.

  • Coordinación de Seguridad y Salud en fase de ejecución: Coordinar la aplicación de los principios generales de prevención y seguridad durante el desarrollo de los trabajos.
  • Revisión y seguimiento de la documentación preventiva: Revisar y aprobar, cuando corresponda, los Planes de Seguridad y Salud, procedimientos de trabajo y documentación aportada por empresas contratistas y subcontratistas.
  • Visitas e inspecciones de obra: Supervisar periódicamente los trabajos para verificar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, detectar riesgos y proponer medidas de control.
  • Coordinación de actividades empresariales: Facilitar la cooperación entre las empresas concurrentes y comprobar que la planificación preventiva se aplica correctamente en obra.
  • Asesoramiento técnico: Asesorar a la dirección facultativa, empresas contratistas, subcontratistas y personal responsable sobre la normativa de prevención de riesgos laborales.
  • Informes y comunicación: Elaborar informes de visita y comunicar las situaciones de riesgo, incumplimientos y recomendaciones de mejora a las partes implicadas.

💡 ¿Qué perfil buscamos?

  • Formación universitaria en Ingeniería, Arquitectura, Arquitectura Técnica o titulaciones relacionadas.
  • Máster o formación superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, con las especialidades necesarias para el desarrollo de las funciones.
  • Formación específica o acreditación como Coordinador/a de Seguridad y Salud en obras de construcción.
  • Experiencia previa en coordinación de seguridad y salud, prevención de riesgos laborales o supervisión preventiva en obra.
  • Conocimiento de la normativa de prevención de riesgos laborales, del Real Decreto 1627/1997 y de la coordinación de actividades empresariales.
  • Capacidad de organización, planificación y análisis, con atención al detalle y orientación a la mejora continua.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar con diferentes equipos, empresas y profesionales.
  • Permiso de conducir y disponibilidad para desplazamientos a centros de trabajo y obras en Mallorca.
