Dentro de nuestra división de certificación, el departamento de Certificados de Ahorro Energético (CAE) está experimentando un crecimiento espectacular, y necesitamos incorporar a un/a Gestor/a Técnico/a en nuestro equipo de Operaciones.

En esta posición no se requiere experiencia previa en el sector; nosotros te daremos toda la formación y el conocimiento necesario desde el primer día. Buscamos a una persona organizada, minuciosa y con ganas de desarrollarse en un entorno dinámico, joven y libre de burocracia, donde tu trabajo diario impactará directamente en la transición energética. 🎯 Misiones con Propósito e Impacto: ¿Cuál será tu reto?

  • Llevar a cabo la revisión documental inicial realizando el cotejo preliminar de contratos, facturas y fichas de catálogo de los expedientes.
  • Realizar la réplica inicial de los cálculos de ahorro energético, aplicando fórmulas básicas para verificar las aproximaciones declaradas por los clientes.
  • Gestionar la comunicación fluida con el cliente, actuando como el interlocutor principal para el envío de documentación y la resolución de requerimientos documentales.
  • Elaborar los borradores de informes clave, preparando de manera organizada el Análisis de Riesgos y Estratégico junto a los informes de verificación.
  • Garantizar la eficiencia y cumplimiento de plazos, asegurando que la fase inicial del expediente fluya con agilidad para el equipo técnico.

Para triunfar en este rol, buscaremos las siguientes habilidades y aptitudes en tu postulación:

  • Base formativa y numérica: Formación de nivel medio o superior (FP o estudios universitarios). No exigimos una especialidad concreta, pero sí un buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (especialmente Excel) y competencia matemática básica o intermedia para entender las fórmulas de ahorro.
  • Atención al detalle y organización: Capacidad analítica y meticulosidad para revisar expedientes complejos, detectar anomalías documentales y gestionar los tiempos de múltiples proyectos a la vez.
  • Habilidades de comunicación: Buena capacidad de redacción técnica y soltura en la comunicación corporativa para atender a los clientes y coordinar soluciones con el Verificador Jefe.
