¿Te apasiona la prevención de riesgos laborales y buscas un proyecto donde tu experiencia contribuya directamente a la seguridad de las personas? En OCA Global buscamos incorporar un/a Coordinador/a de Seguridad y Salud para participar en proyectos en Huelva, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente y promoviendo una sólida cultura preventiva.

🌍 Tu misión:

Formarás parte de nuestro equipo técnico y serás responsable de coordinar y supervisar las actividades de seguridad y salud durante la ejecución de los trabajos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, técnicos y preventivos aplicables. Entre tus principales funciones estarán:

  • Coordinar las actividades de seguridad y salud en fase de proyecto y/o ejecución.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento del Plan de Seguridad y Salud y de los procedimientos preventivos establecidos.
  • Realizar visitas e inspecciones de seguridad en obra, identificando riesgos y proponiendo medidas correctoras.
  • Coordinar a las empresas contratistas, subcontratistas y personal interviniente en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales.
  • Participar en reuniones de coordinación y realizar el seguimiento de las condiciones de trabajo.
  • Elaborar informes de visita, actas de coordinación y documentación preventiva.
  • Verificar la aplicación de la normativa de seguridad y salud en obras, instalaciones y centros de trabajo.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de las acciones correctivas y comunicar cualquier desviación detectada.

🧠 ¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Formación técnica universitaria, preferiblemente en Ingeniería, Ingeniería Técnica, Arquitectura o Arquitectura Técnica.
  • Máster o formación habilitante en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, con las especialidades técnicas correspondientes.
  • Formación o acreditación como Coordinador/a de Seguridad y Salud conforme a la normativa vigente.
  • Experiencia previa en coordinación de seguridad y salud, dirección facultativa, supervisión de obra o prevención de riesgos laborales.
  • Capacidad para interpretar documentación técnica, procedimientos de trabajo y evaluaciones de riesgos.
  • Perfil organizado, autónomo, resolutivo y con buenas habilidades de comunicación y coordinación.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar desplazamientos a los centros de trabajo y obras de la zona de Huelva.
  • Se valorará positivamente la experiencia en proyectos industriales, energéticos o de construcción.
