¿Te apasiona liderar proyectos desde su origen, abrir mercado y construir un equipo desde cero? En OCA Global trabajamos cada día con un propósito claro: hacer de este mundo un lugar más seguro y sostenible. Para seguir transformando el sector con una alternativa joven, ágil y fresca, buscamos un/a Delegado/a para la delegación de Aragón (Zaragoza, Huesca y Teruel) con base en Zaragoza.

Este no es un puesto de mantenimiento; es un reto para un perfil con alta iniciativa, ambición y carácter emprendedor que quiera dejar su huella en el territorio, liderando la estrategia comercial y operativa con total autonomía.

¿Cuál será tu misión e impacto?

  • Liderar el desarrollo de negocio en Aragón: Abrir mercado y captar grandes cuentas en la región, traduciendo tu visión estratégica y empuje comercial en una delegación sólida y referente.
  • Construir y coordinar tu equipo presencial: Unificar y liderar al equipo técnico y comercial en la nueva oficina de Zaragoza, impulsando un modelo basado en auditores propios en plantilla para garantizar máxima calidad y cercanía.
  • Dirigir la gestión técnica y operativa: Coordinar la dirección técnica y velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares de excelencia en los servicios de inspección y consultoría de sistemas de gestión.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Conocimiento del mercado local y arraigo en Aragón: Necesitarás una fuerte conexión con el tejido empresarial de la región para generar la confianza cercana que exige el mercado aragonés.
  • Experiencia en el sector de la Consultoría de Sistemas de Gestión: Para entender las necesidades reales de los clientes y orientar con precisión la propuesta técnica y comercial.
  • Espíritu comercial y capacidad de trabajo: Buscamos a alguien con alta extroversión, mentalidad proactiva y perseverancia, dispuesto/a a implicarse a fondo para levantar la delegación desde sus cimientos.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de personas: Dirigirás a tu propio equipo operativo y técnico, por lo que requerirás soltura para motivar, organizar y crear un clima colaborativo de alto rendimiento.

  • Jornada optimizada para tu conciliación: Aunque el proyecto exige máximo compromiso, cuidamos de nuestro equipo: dispondrás de jornada intensiva de 8:30 a 15:30 h todos los viernes, todas las vísperas de festivo, y durante los meses completos de julio y agosto (horario habitual de lunes a jueves de 8:30 a 18:00 h). Además, los días 24 y 31 de diciembre son completamente libres.
