En OCA Global seguimos expandiendo nuestra presencia en el mercado industrial mexicano. Buscamos a un/a Desarrollador/a de Negocios con visión estratégica, mentalidad B2B y pasión por las ventas técnicas para liderar la captación de grandes cuentas y proyectos clave en todo el país.

Tu Reto en OCA Global México

  • Prospectar y aperturar mercado: Identificar y desarrollar oportunidades estratégicas con clientes clave del sector industrial a nivel nacional.
  • Venta consultiva de alto impacto: Diseñar, presentar y negociar ofertas técnico-económicas para servicios de inspección técnica, ensayos no destructivos (END), supervisión técnica y HSE.
  • Cierre de grandes cuentas: Gestionar licitaciones, negociar condiciones comerciales e impulsar contratos marco para servicios recurrentes.
  • Colaboración experta: Trabajar de la mano con nuestras áreas técnicas y operativas para asegurar la viabilidad de cada propuesta.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Formación: Licenciatura (Administración, Comercio Internacional) o Ingeniería concluida (Industrial, Mecánica, Química, Civil, Energía o afín).
  • Experiencia: De 8 a 10 años en desarrollo de negocios B2B o ventas técnicas dentro del sector industrial.
  • Conocimiento del sector: Familiaridad comercial con servicios de integridad de activos, inspecciones, seguridad industrial o equipos/soluciones industriales.
  • Movilidad y herramientas: Manejo de CRM y disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la República Mexicana.
  • Deseable: Nivel de inglés intermedio-avanzado y una red activa de contactos en sectores como energía, químico, infraestructura o manufactura.
