Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Especialista de Calidad / Gestión Documentaria y Código para asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de aseguramiento de calidad (QA/QC), control documentario y codificación de proyectos.

Requisitos:

  • Formación Académica: Técnico/a, Bachiller o Titulado/a en Ingeniería Industrial, Gestión Documental, Administración o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia General: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia profesional.
  • Experiencia Específica: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en funciones de Aseguramiento/Control de Calidad (QA/QC) y control documentario.
  • Certificaciones / Conocimientos:
  • Conocimiento y formación en la Norma ISO 9001 (Sistemas de Gestión de la Calidad).
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas de control de documentos, codificación, entregables y dossier de calidad.
  • Licencia de Conducir: Deseable (No excluyente o según requerimiento).
  • Modalidad / Lugar de Trabajo: Presencial.

Funciones Principales:

  • Implementar y mantener el control de registros, procedimientoss, planos y documentos QA/QC del proyecto.
  • Estructurar, consolidar y validar la conformación del Dossier de Calidad final del servicio/proyecto.
  • Realizar auditorías internas de documentos y verificar la correcta codificación y trazabilidad de la información.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de gestión de la calidad bajo el enfoque ISO 9001.
