Misión del Puesto

Como Gestor de Grandes Cuentas (Construcción y Edificación), tu misión principal será liderar el crecimiento y la expansión estratégica de la compañía en tu zona de actuación. Te posicionarás como el socio técnico de confianza para clientes de primer nivel y proyectos de alto impacto.

Este puesto ofrece un alto nivel de desarrollo personal y profesional, brindándote una gran autonomía de organización para estructurar tu actividad, gestionar tu agenda y definir la estrategia comercial en la región.

Funciones Principales

  • Gestión y Desarrollo Estratégico de Cuentas Clave: Liderar, fidelizar y expandir la cartera de grandes clientes. Entenderás profundamente sus modelos de negocio para ofrecerles soluciones integrales de control de calidad, supervisión y mitigación de riesgos técnicos.
  • Prospección y Captación de Clientes de Primer Nivel: Identificar activamente oportunidades en proyectos emblemáticos (obra nueva, rehabilitación o grandes inversiones). Tu foco estará en captar e interactuar con clientes de primer nivel clave en el mercado: cadenas hoteleras, centros comerciales, fondos de inversión, promotores inmobiliarios de primer nivel y firmas de Project Management.
  • Elaboración, Negociación y Cierre de Ofertas: Liderar el ciclo completo de venta consultiva. Diseñarás propuestas técnico-comerciales sólidas, realizando un seguimiento exhaustivo y liderando negociaciones de alto nivel para cerrar acuerdos estratégicos y rentables.
  • Relaciones Institucionales y Asesoría Técnica: Construir y consolidar alianzas a largo plazo, actuando como un asesor estratégico de confianza que garantiza la lealtad del cliente y posiciona la marca OCA Global como sinónimo de garantía y excelencia.
  • Inteligencia y Visión de Mercado: Realizar análisis continuos para detectar tendencias, normativas y oportunidades dentro del sector de la edificación y las infraestructuras, adaptando nuestra propuesta de valor a la realidad cambiante del mercado.
  • Sinergia y Apoyo Técnico: Trabajar codo con codo con nuestro equipo de ingenieros y especialistas para traducir las necesidades de los grandes clientes en soluciones técnicas viables y de alto valor añadido.

Requisitos del Perfil

  • Experiencia: Experiencia previa en desarrollo de negocio, gestión de grandes cuentas (Key Account Manager) o funciones técnico-comerciales vinculadas al sector de la edificación, infraestructuras o servicios técnicos.
  • Movilidad: Carnet de conducir en vigor y disponibilidad para desplazamientos estratégicos comerciales.
  • Competencias Clave: Elevada autonomía de organización y autogestión. Gran capacidad de interlocución técnica y comercial con decisores de alto nivel (C-Level, directores de inversión, directores de expansión). Marcada orientación a resultados y excelentes dotes de negociación consultiva.

Se valorará positivamente titulación universitaria en Arquitectura o Ingeniería (en cualquiera de sus ramas: Edificación, Obra Civil, Industrial, Eléctrica, Mecánica, etc.) u otra formación afín, siendo un plus de gran utilidad para conocer el sector y desenvolverse con fluidez en el entorno técnico.
