¿Cuál será tu misión en el proyecto?

En tu día a día, no te limitarás a rellenar informes; serás el motor que impulse el éxito de la obra en Figueres y sus alrededores:

  • Liderar, supervisar y dirigir la ejecución a pie de obra del proyecto de carreteras para asegurar el cumplimiento riguroso de los plazos de entrega, los costes presupuestados y los máximos estándares de calidad y seguridad vial, logrando ver el impacto real de tu trabajo diario.
  • Coordinar y gestionar de forma proactiva a las subcontratas y proveedores, estableciendo relaciones de confianza mutua para que el flujo de trabajo avance al ritmo adecuado y con total sincronización.
  • Realizar la planificación técnica y el seguimiento económico detallado de la obra mediante el control de certificaciones, presupuestos y análisis de desviaciones, manejando herramientas de gestión económica para optimizar los recursos del proyecto.
  • Validar soluciones técnicas en campo ante desafíos estructurales o hidráulicos, utilizando software especializado para resolver incidencias con agilidad y aportar criterio experto cuando el terreno exija modificaciones de diseño.
  • Actuar como el interlocutor técnico de referencia ante la Dirección Facultativa y clientes, garantizando una comunicación fluida, resolutiva y transparente que consolide la credibilidad de nuestra división en la zona.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Formación técnica en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería de Obras Públicas (ITOP) o Arquitectura Técnica: Tu base académica te dará los fundamentos necesarios para dialogar con propiedad con todos los agentes implicados en la obra.
  • Una trayectoria de unos 10 años en el sector, con experiencia sólida centrada en la dirección o ejecución de proyectos de carreteras. Este bagaje te permitirá anticiparte a los imprevistos habituales del terreno y tomar decisiones rápidas bajo presión.
  • Dominio fluido de Autocad, Presto y Windows Project: Los utilizarás diariamente para el control de planos, las certificaciones económicas de la obra y el seguimiento milimétrico del cronograma de trabajo.
  • Manejo de software de cálculo de estructuras y HEC-RAS: Serán tus aliados técnicos para verificar el comportamiento de las infraestructuras hidráulicas anexas a las carreteras (drenajes, canalizaciones) y asegurar que las soluciones adoptadas sean plenamente seguras.
  • Residencia en Figueres o alrededores: El proyecto está arraigado a la zona, y queremos que disfrutes de una buena conciliación reduciendo al mínimo los tiempos de desplazamiento diario.

  • De lunes a viernes con jornada completa (de 8:30 a 18:00 h). Siendo un horario flexible en función de las necesidades de la obra.
  • Además, los días 24 y 31 de diciembre son días completamente libres para que los disfrutes con los tuyos.
