Para lograrlo, nuestro equipo de la Dirección Técnica de Verificación CAE necesita incorporar a un/a especialista que aporte el "sentido común industrial" a proyectos de gran envergadura. Aquí tu conocimiento de campo no se quedará atrapado en un informe administrativo; será la pieza clave para evaluar la viabilidad técnica y asegurar que las medidas de eficiencia energética en grandes plantas operen con total integridad. Misiones con Propósito e Impacto: ¿Cuál será tu reto?

  • Asesorar y guiar en expedientes técnicos, aportando tu visión analítica industrial para detectar inconsistencias o sobrestimaciones en cálculos de ahorro energético, garantizando la excelencia operativa en cada validación.
  • Realizar auditorías y visitas técnicas in situ a plantas industriales, contrastando de primera mano la correcta implementación de sistemas de recuperación de calor, variadores de frecuencia, calderas o frío industrial, ganando una perspectiva global única en el sector.
  • Evaluar la integridad de datos operativos extraídos de sistemas SCADA y PLC, asegurando la fiabilidad de las mediciones de los clientes para que nada quede al azar.
  • Liderar la mejora continua del equipo, evaluando incidencias y formando a tus compañeros/as técnicos para elevar el nivel de especialización del departamento de forma conjunta.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

No buscamos una lista de exigencias, sino las herramientas que te harán triunfar en el día a día:

  • Sólida base técnica: Ingeniería Técnica (Mecánica, Eléctrica o de Procesos), ya que manejarás conceptos complejos de termodinámica, instrumentación y control.
  • Experiencia de campo demostrable: Idealmente en torno a 5 años trabajando directamente en mantenimiento, operación o diseño de instalaciones industriales y auditorías energéticas. Necesitarás este bagaje para entender de forma intuitiva los sistemas auxiliares (aire comprimido, calderas de vapor, hornos, sistemas de bombeo, etc.).
  • Idiomas y movilidad: Castellano fluido, además de carnet de conducir, dado que el puesto combina la gestión técnica con visitas a plantas para contrastar proyectos reales.
