Debido a nuestro crecimiento y expansión precisamos incorporar un/a Ingeniero/a de Edificación para la División de Infraestructuras en Gran Canaria.

En Dependencia directa del Delegado de la División, tu misión será será llevar a cabo la supervisión y revisión de los proyectos de construcción.

Tus funciones principales serán:

  • Estudio y control del proyecto de ejecución o del edificio existente.
  • Visita a obras: bloque, viviendas unifamiliares, principalmente de ámbito civil.
  • Calculo de estructuras del proyecto.
  • Estudio y control de las obras en fase de ejecución.
  • Control de materiales (revisión de resultados relacionados y/o certificados de control de calidad).
  • Supervisión de los seguros decenales que se exigen a las promotoras y/o subcontratas.
  • Emisión de informes de OCT.
  • Elaboración de informes de control de ejecución, estanqueidad e instalaciones.
  • Revisión de proyectos en cumplimiento del CTE.

¿Qué requerimientos precisas para la posición?

  • Formación en Ingeniería de Construcción, edificación, civil (…) o Arquitectura técnica. (Imprescindible titulación homologada en España).
  • Carnet de conducir.
  • Experiencia en una posición similar de al menos 2 años y/o experiencia como OCT o Constructora.
  • Valorable experiencia en Coordinación de Seguridad y Salud, o máster de PRL en las 3 especialidades.
  • Residir cerca del puesto de trabajo.
