En OCA Global trabajamos cada día para hacer del mundo un lugar más seguro y sostenible. Como Delegado/a en Girona, serás la figura clave para liderar, desarrollar y consolidar nuestra línea de negocio de Inspecciones Reglamentarias en la provincia.

Tu Misión e Impacto en el Equipo

En esta posición no solo gestionarás una oficina, sino que impulsarás el crecimiento de una línea de negocio esencial:

  • Liderar y desarrollar el negocio en Girona: Impulsarás el seguimiento del plan comercial conectando con sectores clave (administradores de fincas, industria, ingenierías, mantenedoras) para ampliar y fidelizar nuestra cartera de clientes.
  • Gestión integral y desarrollo de equipo: Coordinarás y supervisarás al equipo de inspectores de la delegación, garantizando la excelencia operativa y el mejor ambiente de trabajo.
  • Asegurar la calidad del servicio técnico: Ejecutarás inspecciones reglamentarias cuando corresponda (especialmente en la etapa inicial para conocer a fondo la actividad y a los clientes) y supervisarás el seguimiento técnico y administrativo.
  • Representar a OCA Global: Serás el referente ante clientes y organismos en Girona, impulsando la credibilidad y el crecimiento del tejido empresarial local.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

Para abordar este reto con garantías y desenvolverte con éxito en la posición, valoraremos especialmente:

  • Formación técnica: Preferiblemente Ingeniería (Mecánica, Industrial, Electromecánica o similar), que te otorgará el criterio necesario para el diálogo técnico y la comprensión del sector.
  • Experiencia en el sector o puesto similar: Al menos 4 años de experiencia en gestión de equipos/oficina o desarrollo comercial en inspecciones/control reglamentario. (¡Valoramos muy positivamente a Inspectores/as de Organismo de Control que deseen dar el salto a puestos de gestión y liderazgo!).
  • Capacidad comunicativa y perfil comercial: Soltura para relacionarte con clientes e instituciones, hacer crecer la cartera y transmitir confianza técnica y comercial.
  • Idiomas: Dominio fluido de Catalán y Castellano para gestionar con cercanía y eficacia las relaciones locales.
  • Carnet de conducir: Imprescindible para desplazarte de manera puntual a visitas de clientes y supervisar la actividad sobre el terreno.

  • Jornada y conciliación: Horario habitual: Lunes a Jueves de 08:30h a 18:00h. Jornada intensiva: Todos los viernes del año, todas las vísperas de festivo, y durante todo el mes de julio y agosto la jornada será de 08:30h a 15:30h. Días 24 y 31 de diciembre libres para disfrutar en familia.
  • Condiciones y Beneficios: Contrato Indefinido directo con OCA Global, paquete salarial compuesto por Fijo + Sistema de Incentivos/Variable + Coche de Empresa, además de acceso a planes de retribución flexible, formación continua y beneficios sociales.
