Sobre el puesto

Buscamos un(a) Ingeniero(a) Supervisor(a) Civil, con nivel pleno a senior, para liderar en campo la supervisión de las obras de infraestructura menor orientadas a la prevención y corrección frente al Fenómeno del Niño en la Planta Refinería en Pisco. El puesto exige alta autonomía y presencia constante en los frentes de trabajo.

Lo que harás

  • Supervisar las obras de infraestructura menor (reparación de techos, ductos, sistemas de drenaje) para la prevención y corrección frente al Fenómeno del Niño en Pisco.
  • Levantar observaciones y realizar correcciones en el área civil.
  • Coordinar directamente con las empresas contratistas del área civil.

Lo que buscamos

  • Titulado y Colegiado en Ingeniería Civil.
  • Nivel Pleno (Semi-Senior, 5-8 años) a Senior (8-10 años) de experiencia — no se aceptan perfiles Junior.
  • Colegiatura y Habilitación vigente (Certificado de Habilidad del Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú - CIP).
  • Certificación en Gestión de Proyectos / Supervisión de Obras: metodología PMI/PMP, o Diplomado/Curso de Especialización en Supervisión y Liquidación de Obras Públicas/Privadas.
  • Certificación en Trabajos de Alto Riesgo: trabajos en altura (fundamental para la reparación de techos) y permisos de trabajo seguro (PTS/PETAR).
  • Licencia de Conducir Clase A, Categoría I (A-1) como mínimo.
  • La experiencia se contabiliza desde la obtención del Título Profesional.

Condiciones del puesto

  • Trabajo en campo / en sitio, con supervisión presencial en los frentes de obra.
  • Régimen atípico/acumulativo (21x7 o 14x7), o régimen común 6x1 si el candidato reside localmente en Pisco, Ica o Chincha.
  • Contrato por planilla, 6 meses.
  • Movilización, hospedaje y alimentación incluidos.
  • Laptop y celular proporcionados por la empresa.
  • Se da preferencia a perfiles de Lima.
