Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Jefe de Cuadrilla / Capataz con liderazgo en campo para formar parte de nuestro equipo en el SERVICIO DE OBRAS CIVILES Y ELÉCTRICAS. Si cuentas con experiencia en supervisión operativa de obras urbanas, ¡esta es tu oportunidad!

🎯 Objetivo del Puesto

Liderar, coordinar y dirigir al personal operativo en campo para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los trabajos de obras civiles y redes eléctricas, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad, plazos establecidos y normas de seguridad.

🎓 Requisitos Académicos

  • Formación: Secundaria completa (Indispensable).
  • Deseable: Estudios técnicos concluidos o truncos en Construcción Civil, Electricidad o carreras afines.

🛠 Experiencia Requerida

  • Trayectoria: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia específica en obras civiles y/o eléctricas urbanas.
  • Competencias técnicas en campo: Experiencia comprobada en actividades como excavaciones, demoliciones, construcción de veredas y pavimentos, canalizaciones, tendido de cables y montaje electromecánico asociado.
  • Cómputo: La experiencia se contabilizará a partir de la culminación de la formación requerida.

🦺 Certificaciones Obligatorias

  • Contar con capacitación vigente en SST (Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo).
  • Certificación o conocimientos comprobados en trabajos en vía pública y señalización vial.

✅ Documentación Indispensable

  • CV documentado y actualizado.
  • Constancias o certificados de trabajo que acrediten de manera fehaciente las fechas de inicio y fin de la experiencia requerida.
