📍 Lugar de trabajo: Lima/ Proyectos a nivel nacional 💼 Posición: Jefe de Proyecto 🏗️ Sector: Eléctrico / Energía / Ingeniería

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un JEFE DE PROYECTO con sólida experiencia en gestión y ejecución de proyectos, planificación de recursos y control de productividad, para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de trabajo.

🎓 FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA

  • Ingeniero Industrial, Electromecánico, Electricista o en Energía.
  • Colegiado y habilitado, de acuerdo con los requerimientos del proyecto.
  • Deseable especialización o formación complementaria en Gestión de Proyectos, Dirección de Proyectos o Gestión de Operaciones.

📌 EXPERIENCIA

  • Experiencia profesional total mínima de 10 años.
  • Experiencia comprobable en gestión, dirección, supervisión y/o ejecución de proyectos.
  • Experiencia en planificación, seguimiento y control de actividades, recursos, costos y plazos.
  • Experiencia en manejo y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Deseable experiencia en proyectos del sector eléctrico, energía, infraestructura u obras electromecánicas.

📊 CONOCIMIENTOS Y CAPACITACIÓN

  • Capacitación acreditada en toma de tiempos y cálculo de rendimientos.
  • Conocimientos de planificación y control de proyectos.
  • Control de avances, productividad y cumplimiento de metas.
  • Elaboración y seguimiento de indicadores de gestión (KPIs).
  • Manejo de presupuestos, valorizaciones y control de costos.
  • Gestión de recursos humanos, materiales y equipos.
  • Deseable conocimiento de herramientas de planificación como MS Project, Primavera P6 o similares.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.

🛠️ PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES

  • Liderar y gestionar integralmente los proyectos asignados, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
  • Elaborar y realizar seguimiento al cronograma de ejecución y plan de trabajo.
  • Coordinar y supervisar las actividades de los equipos técnicos y operativos.
  • Controlar el avance físico y productividad del proyecto.
  • Analizar tiempos, rendimientos y recursos para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de presupuesto, costos, plazos y estándares de calidad.
  • Coordinar con clientes, contratistas, proveedores y demás partes involucradas.
  • Elaborar informes de avance, productividad, costos e indicadores del proyecto.
  • Identificar riesgos, desviaciones y restricciones, estableciendo acciones correctivas oportunas.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional, Calidad y Medio Ambiente.
  • Gestionar los recursos necesarios para garantizar la continuidad y correcta ejecución del proyecto.
  • Participar en reuniones de seguimiento y presentación de resultados ante la gerencia y/o cliente.
