🎯 PERFIL DEL PUESTO

Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Operador de Camión Grúa / Canasta para integrarse a proyectos de obras y trabajos en redes eléctricas, garantizando la operación segura y eficiente del equipo de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.

📚 FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA

  • Secundaria completa.
  • Deseable certificación o formación como Operador de Camión Grúa, Hidrogrúa, Canasta u operador de equipos de izaje.

💼 EXPERIENCIA

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia operando camión grúa y/o camión con canasta.
  • Experiencia en trabajos de redes eléctricas, obras civiles, mantenimiento, montaje o servicios en campo.
  • Experiencia realizando maniobras de izaje, posicionamiento y traslado de materiales y equipos.
  • Deseable experiencia en trabajos sobre postes y apoyo a actividades de redes eléctricas.

📜 CERTIFICACIONES Y CAPACITACIONES

  • Certificación y/o autorización vigente como operador de camión grúa/canasta, según corresponda.
  • Capacitación vigente en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST).
  • Capacitación en trabajos en altura, cuando corresponda.
  • Deseable capacitación en izaje de cargas, señalización y maniobras seguras.

🚛 LICENCIA DE CONDUCIR

  • A-IIb – OBLIGATORIO.
  • Licencia vigente y en buen estado.

🔧 FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

  • Operar de manera segura el camión grúa y/o camión con canasta de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Ejecutar maniobras de izaje, carga, descarga, traslado y posicionamiento de materiales, equipos y herramientas.
  • Operar la canasta para facilitar trabajos en altura sobre postes y estructuras, cuando corresponda.
  • Apoyar trabajos de instalación, mantenimiento y montaje en redes eléctricas.
  • Verificar las condiciones del equipo antes del inicio de las actividades y reportar cualquier falla o condición insegura.
  • Realizar la estabilización y posicionamiento adecuado del vehículo antes de ejecutar maniobras.
  • Coordinar las maniobras con el operador de apoyo, rigger, señalero o personal responsable de la actividad, cuando corresponda.
  • Verificar que el área de trabajo se encuentre correctamente delimitada y señalizada.
  • Cumplir con los procedimientos de izaje, trabajo en altura, seguridad vial y SST.
  • Respetar los límites de carga y las condiciones operativas del equipo.
  • Mantener el equipo, accesorios y herramientas en condiciones adecuadas de orden y seguridad.
  • Informar inmediatamente cualquier incidente, accidente, desperfecto o condición insegura.
  • Cumplir las instrucciones del supervisor y demás actividades relacionadas con el puesto.

  • Trabajo principalmente en campo y frentes de obra.
  • Actividades vinculadas a redes eléctricas y obras.
  • Disponibilidad para desplazarse a diferentes puntos de trabajo en Lima.
  • Jornada y horario de acuerdo con las necesidades del proyecto.
  • Ingreso a planilla y beneficios de ley, según condiciones de la empresa.
