Como Prospector/a Laboral, serás la pieza clave y el enlace estratégico entre nuestras aulas y las empresas. Tu misión principal será abrir puertas en el mercado de trabajo, identificando oportunidades de empleo y prácticas para que los participantes de nuestros programas logren una integración laboral real y exitosa.

Misiones con Propósito e Impacto: ¿Cuál será tu papel?

En tu día a día serás el motor de oportunidades laborales en el tejido empresarial:

  • 📞 Prospectar e identificar empresas de diversos sectores a través de contacto telefónico y búsqueda directa para detectar sus necesidades de contratación y generar alianzas a largo plazo.
  • 🤝 Presentar nuestros programas de formación subvencionada a las empresas, trasladando el valor de la colaboración y abriendo vías para convenios de prácticas y contrataciones.
  • 🔎 Detectar perfiles profesionales demandados por el mercado para coordinarte con nuestro equipo de orientación laboral y facilitar el encaje idóneo entre candidato y empresa.
  • 📈 Generar y fidelizar una red sólida de empresas colaboradoras, realizando un seguimiento cercano de cada contacto y registrando la información en nuestras herramientas internas.
  • ✨ Acompañar los procesos de inserción, asegurando el correcto desarrollo de los convenios y midiendo el impacto real de las acciones formativas.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

Más que una lista cerrada de exigencias, buscamos a una persona que cuente con las herramientas y aptitudes necesarias para desenvolverse con éxito en esta posición:

  • 🎓 Estudios y formación: Titulación de Grado Medio/Superior en la rama social.
  • 💼 Experiencia previa: Al menos 1 año de experiencia en prospección de mercado de trabajo o intermediación laboral. (Para que dispongas de la soltura y autonomía necesarias en la captación telefónica y relación con empresas desde el primer día).
  • 🗣️ Idiomas: Dominio fluido de Castellano y Catalán. (Imprescindible para interactuar con agilidad y profesionalidad con empresas e instituciones de Cataluña).
  • 🧠 Competencias clave: Excelentes dotes de comunicación, orientación al cliente y resiliencia. (Tu jornada requerirá capacidad de persuasión, empatía y enfoque a resultados).
  • 💻 Ofimática: Manejo fluido de herramientas informáticas y gestión de datos.
