Ahora tienes la oportunidad de unirte a un proyecto internacional de primer nivel (Proyecto Dragados) enfocado en la construcción y montaje de plataformas para Energía Eólica Marina (Offshore Wind), impactando directamente en la transición energética global. Buscamos un/a Supervisor/a END para liderar la ejecución, la seguridad y la calidad técnica en nuestras bases de Campamento y San Fernando.

Tus misiones en este reto No queremos que vengas solo a "cumplir horas". Queremos que asumas el control y dejes tu marca personal en la obra a través de estas misiones:

  • Supervisar y coordinar a los equipos subcontratistas en sus trabajos diarios de END y piping para garantizar la excelencia en la ejecución del proyecto, lo que te permitirá posicionarte como un referente de liderazgo técnico en un entorno de máxima exigencia.
  • Controlar e inspeccionar el cumplimiento riguroso de planos, isométricos y estándares de calidad para evitar cualquier desviación que impacte en la estructura offshore, logrando así la enorme satisfacción de ver una obra colosal ejecutada a la perfección.
  • Colaborar e integrar la disciplina de END y Piping con otras áreas críticas (estructuras, mecánica, instrumentación o soldadura) para asegurar que todas las piezas del engranaje funcionen en armonía, lo que te aportará una visión multidisciplinar invaluable para tu proyección profesional.
  • Impulsar la cultura HSE (Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente) en campo para proteger la integridad de cada persona involucrada en la obra, sintiendo el orgullo de liderar con el ejemplo en materia de prevención.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil? Más allá de un listado de exigencias, esto es lo que necesitarás en tu mochila para triunfar y sentirte cómodo/a en esta posición:

  • Formación técnica sólida: Formación Profesional, Ingeniería (Mecánica, Piping, Construcción) o especialización técnica equivalente, ya que necesitarás esta base analítica para interpretar especificaciones, planos e isométricos complejos.
  • Trayectoria en campo: Experiencia previa supervisando equipos y subcontratas en grandes proyectos industriales o entornos offshore, porque tu capacidad de anticipación y organización será vital para mantener la planificación a raya.
  • Soltura en inglés (Mínimo B1): Te hará falta dominarlo de forma oral y escrita porque trabajarás en un entorno internacional, interactuando con diferentes interlocutores y manejando documentación técnica global.
  • Liderazgo y resiliencia: Buscamos tu capacidad para organizar equipos, resolver problemas técnicos sobre la marcha y trabajar con autonomía, porque en proyectos de este calibre la agilidad en la toma de decisiones marca la diferencia.
