🎯 Sobre el rol

Buscamos profesionales altamente capacitados para garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro durante nuestra próxima Parada de Planta. Serás responsable de la fiscalización, el soporte preventivo y la gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST), asegurando el cumplimiento estricto de las normativas vigentes y nuestros estándares corporativos.

📋 Principales Funciones

  • Fiscalizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de SST y del D.S. N° 024-2016-EM por parte de nuestros socios estratégicos.
  • Verificar en campo el cumplimiento de los perfiles de puesto del personal supervisor.
  • Gestionar y reportar de forma inmediata cualquier desviación identificada directamente con la gerencia de mantenimiento.
  • Monitorear y evaluar la efectividad de los controles de riesgos críticos en terreno.
  • Recolectar observaciones de seguridad (identificación de peligros, FTOs, 3Qs).
  • Elaborar reportes de gestión: previos, diarios y el informe de cierre de la parada de planta.

🎓 Requisitos del Perfil

  • Formación Académica: Titulado y Colegiado (CIP habilitado) en Ingeniería Industrial, de Minas, Ambiental, Metalurgia o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia General: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (contados desde la fecha de obtención del título o grado universitario).
  • Experiencia Específica: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en fiscalización o supervisión de seguridad en paradas de planta dentro del sector de Gran Minería.
  • Conocimientos y Certificaciones Obligatorias: Diplomado en SST (mínimo de 120 horas). Auditor Interno ISO 45001. Curso vigente de Supervisor de Seguridad (según D.S. 024-2016-EM). Cursos de IPERC, Trabajos en Altura y Espacios Confinados.
  • Deseable: Diplomado adicional en Sistemas Integrados de Gestión y Licencia de conducir categoría A-I.
  • Disponibilidad por 9 días de PDP.
  • Residir en Apurimac o zonas aledañas

  • Jornada: Turnos rotativos 14x7 (día y noche) durante la ejecución de los trabajos.
