En OCA Global tenemos el propósito diario de hacer de este mundo un lugar mejor, más seguro y eficiente. Para nuestra división promotora en pleno crecimiento, buscamos un/a Business Development - Técnico/a Comercial, un perfil híbrido (Arquitectura / Arquitectura Técnica) con una sólida estructura técnica y esa "chispa" comercial innata capaz de traducir la complejidad constructiva en soluciones memorables para nuestros clientes.

🚀 ¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Venta Consultiva: Asesorarás a clientes de alto nivel y realizarás visitas a obra con autoridad técnica, defendiendo el proyecto con rigor para generar la confianza que cierra grandes operaciones.
  • Estrategia de negocio: Diseñarás y coordinarás los planes comerciales de la promotora, marcando directamente el rumbo del crecimiento de la división en el mercado.
  • Soporte Técnico Operativo: Participarás en la redacción de memorias de proyectos, mediciones y presupuestos de proyecto, como comparativas de presupuestos con constructoras y proveedores.
  • Gestión de partners: Solicitarás y negociarás ofertas con proveedores clave, logrando un control total sobre los costes y la calidad constructiva de cada promoción.

📐 ¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

No vemos los requisitos como una lista de exigencias, sino como las herramientas que necesitas para triunfar, brillar y sentirte cómodo/a en tu rol:

  • Formación en Arquitectura o Arquitectura Técnica: Necesitarás este background porque hablarás de tú a tú con jefes de obra, arquitectos y clientes exigentes, requiriendo un dominio absoluto de los procesos constructivos y las instalaciones.
  • Equilibrio híbrido (técnico + comercial): Buscamos a alguien con un don de gentes natural y habilidades de comunicación. Sentirte a gusto en la interacción social y tener la orientación al cliente es vital, ya que serás la cara visible del proyecto y el/la responsable de cerrar las ventas.
  • Mentalidad emprendedora y proactividad: Al estar en una fase de fuerte crecimiento, tu autonomía, tu ritmo ("rock and roll") y tu iniciativa serán tus mejores aliados para abrir camino y crecer exponencialmente con nosotros.
  • Contar con carné de conducir para desplazamientos por la provincia.

Además, los días 24 y 31 de diciembre son días libres para que los pases con los tuyos sin preocuparte por el calendario laboral.
