En OCA Global, en nuestras oficinas de Pozuelo de Alarcón, buscamos incorporar a un/a Coordinador/a de Proyectos de I+D+i para liderar procesos de certificación y asesoramiento técnico normativo. Si cuentas con al menos 2 años de experiencia en el sector, una mentalidad analítica y capacidad para gestionar expedientes de forma autónoma, ¡queremos conocerte!

Tus desafíos como Coordinador/a de Proyectos: 🎯🎯

  • Gestión integral de proyectos e informes técnicos de I+D+i Coordinarás autónomamente los expedientes técnicos desde su revisión inicial hasta su aprobación final, garantizando la viabilidad técnica y el cumplimiento riguroso de plazos. Liderarás la supervisión del encuadre técnico de proyectos y bonificaciones para personal investigador con un enfoque estratégico.
  • Desarrollo de propuestas estratégicas y relación con partes interesadas Actuarás como interlocutor/a principal entre evaluadores técnicos y clientes, estructurando y defendiendo informes clave con un alto nivel de exigencia. Monitorizarás el avance de la cartera de proyectos asignada, asegurando precisión, eficacia y resolución de desviaciones.
  • Participación en auditorías y control normativo Validarás los procesos de certificación para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares normativos exigidos. Identificarás y ejecutarás áreas de mejora en los procesos de auditoría para optimizar los resultados del área.
  • Gestión de documentación y optimización de procesos Elaborarás documentación técnica compleja que respalde procesos de certificación con total claridad y rigor. Revisarás y optimizarás los procedimientos internos del departamento para maximizar la eficiencia operativa.

📝 Lo que necesitamos de ti (Imprescindible):

  • Formación Universitaria (Grado o Licenciatura).
  • Experiencia demostrable de al menos 2 años en gestión, evaluación o certificación de proyectos de I+D+i / deducciones fiscales.
