Buscamos incorporar Técnicos/as Intermedio de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL) para un proyecto estratégico de gran envergadura en el sector offshore en Campamento (Cádiz). 🎯 ¿Cuál será tu rol?

  • Liderar el soporte operativo y la supervisión preventiva en campo 🥾 a pie de obra en las instalaciones industriales del proyecto, para asegurar el cumplimiento estricto de la normativa de PRL y garantizar que cada profesional regrese a casa sano y salvo cada día.
  • Gestionar los permisos de trabajo, observaciones y el control de contratistas 📝, logrando implantar una cultura preventiva real, cercana y de excelencia operativa compartida por todo el equipo técnico.
  • Coordinar reuniones de seguridad, liderar el reporting técnico e investigar incidentes 🔍, especialmente en trabajos críticos, colaborando estrechamente con la dirección para anticipar situaciones de riesgo antes de que ocurran.

📋 ¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Formación técnica especializada: 🎓 Contar con la titulación oficial Grado Superior de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales para ejercer como Técnico/a Intermedio de PRL. Necesitarás este conocimiento técnico para respaldar tus decisiones y actuar como un referente de seguridad en la obra.
  • Formación complementaria valorable: 🛠️ Se valorarán positivamente conocimientos específicos en Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales (CAE), espacios confinados, normativa ATEX, sistemas LOTO y gestión de trabajos críticos, así como formación en el sector industrial, offshore o oil & gas, ya que te darán las herramientas clave para desenvolverte con total soltura.
  • Experiencia (valorable, pero no imprescindible): 🏭 Aportar experiencia real en prevención dentro del sector industrial, paradas industriales o proyectos de alta exigencia será un plus, porque te moverás en un entorno de ritmo intenso donde la agilidad y la resolución son fundamentales.
  • Movilidad y herramientas: 🚗 Disponer de carnet de conducir y vehículo propio, además de un manejo fluido de herramientas de ofimática (Office), esenciales para asegurar un reporting diario ágil y estructurado. 💻
  • Idiomas: 🗣️ El dominio del castellano es imprescindible y valoraremos de forma muy positiva tus conocimientos de inglés de cara a la comunicación técnica del proyecto.

Para garantizar la cobertura técnica ininterrumpida de nuestro proyecto, ofrecemos las siguientes modalidades para que te incorpores en la que mejor se adapte a ti:

  • ☀️ OPCIÓN A: Turno Diurno (con beneficios de conciliación) Horario habitual: Turnos rotativos. De 7:00h a 15:00h y de 15:00h a 22:00h. Días libres: Los días 24 y 31 de diciembre son completamente libres para todos nosotros. 🎉
  • 🌙 OPCIÓN B: Turno Nocturno Horario fijo: De 22:00h a 07:00h, garantizando la cobertura y la supervisión preventiva en los trabajos de noche del proyecto.
