¿Buscas un proyecto donde tus conocimientos en prevención dejen una huella real?

En OCA Global seguimos transformando el sector y buscamos un/a Técnico/a Superior de PRL que aporte entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia para integrarse en nuestro equipo de la delegación de Sant Cugat.

Asumirás un rol fundamental para dar soporte a clientes de diversos sectores, aportando una visión técnica, analítica y normativa en la gestión de la seguridad y salud laboral.

Tus misiones y retos principales:

  • Evaluación de Riesgos y Control Operativo: Realizar visitas técnicas, evaluaciones de riesgos y seguimiento en instalaciones de diversa índole (centros industriales, talleres, infraestructuras y vía pública), asegurando que la actividad se desarrolla bajo condiciones seguras.
  • Gestión Documental Dinámica: Crear, actualizar y remodelar constantemente protocolos de gestión de riesgos, mapas de riesgos, planes de emergencia y guías de prevención y mitigación.
  • Consultoría Técnica Personalizada: Acompañar y asesorar a los clientes en el cumplimiento estricto de la normativa de PRL, analizando sus procesos específicos y diseñando soluciones a medida que equilibren la productividad con la seguridad.
  • Flexibilidad Operativa: Participar de forma puntual en supervisiones o proyectos que requieran disponibilidad para trabajo nocturno (no de forma habitual, solo de manera ocasional según necesidades del cliente).

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación: Máster Oficial en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL), con las 3 especialidades (Seguridad en el Trabajo, Higiene Industrial, y Ergonomía y Psicosociología Aplicada).
  • Experiencia: Entre 1 y 3 años desarrollando funciones como Técnico/a de PRL.
  • Idiomas: Dominio del catalán.
  • Movilidad y Horarios: Carnet de conducir B y disponibilidad para realizar alguna jornada en horario nocturno de forma puntual.

  • Conciliación y Horario: De lunes a jueves de 08:30 a 18:00h y viernes de 08:30 a 15:30h. ¡Y horario intensivo en julio, agosto y vísperas de festivo!
  • Días libres: 23 días laborables de vacaciones al año y los días 23 y 24 de diciembre libres como festivos de empresa.
