Buscamos incorporar a Técnicos/as Superiores en PRL 👥 con y sin experiencia para liderar y supervisar la asistencia técnica de seguridad y salud en instalaciones industriales estratégicas ubicadas en la zona de Campamento / San Roque (Cádiz). Formarás parte de un equipo enérgico, con una estructura plana que potencia la agilidad, donde tu voz cuenta y donde contarás con todo el apoyo para desarrollarte en la cultura preventiva de las grandes contratas. ⚡

🎯 Misiones con propósito: ¿Cuál será tu impacto real?

  • Acompañar y supervisar la seguridad en campo: 🦺 Realizarás un seguimiento diario de las condiciones de seguridad en las diferentes áreas del proyecto, asegurando que los trabajos se ejecuten bajo los estándares preventivos para lograr un entorno seguro y de cero incidentes.
  • Fomentar la prevención en el día a día: 🗣️ Participarás en reuniones técnicas e informativas a pie de obra con los equipos de trabajo, ayudando a resolver dudas y traduciendo la normativa en acciones prácticas que protejan la integridad de cada especialista.
  • Aprender y anticiparte al riesgo: 🔍 Colaborarás en la investigación de incidencias y analizarás los métodos de trabajo en entornos industriales (trabajos en altura, izados, espacios confinados), aportando ideas y medidas ágiles para evitar situaciones de riesgo.
  • Dar solidez documental al proyecto: 📄 Revisarás y validarás la documentación preventiva de las contratas y la gestión de los permisos de trabajo, asegurando que todo avance con total seguridad y cumplimiento legal.

📋 ¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

No vemos los requisitos como una lista de exigencias rígidas, sino como la base para que te sientas cómodo/a y tengas éxito en tu día a día:

  • 🎓 Titulación universitaria o técnica acompañada del Máster Oficial en PRL (con las 3 Especialidades Técnicas): Esta formación es fundamental y obligatoria para dar el soporte legal y técnico integral que requiere el proyecto.
  • ⚙️ Experiencia en el sector (Valorable, pero no imprescindible): Buscamos profesionales del ámbito de la prevención. Contar con experiencia previa en supervisión de campo o en sectores exigentes (industria pesada, refinerías, sector naval, metal o gran construcción) será muy valorado y te ayudará a adaptarte más rápido, pero si tienes la titulación y muchas ganas de aprender en la alta industria, ¡queremos formarte!
  • 🤝 Habilidades de comunicación y actitud proactiva: Tratarás diariamente con personal de obra y mandos intermedios; tu empatía y tu capacidad para transmitir la importancia de la seguridad de forma cercana serán tus mejores aliadas.
  • 📍 Residencia o disponibilidad en la zona de San Roque / Algeciras / La Línea de la Concepción (Cádiz): El centro operativo está ubicado en Campamento, por lo que la cercanía geográfica te garantizará un excelente equilibrio en tus desplazamientos diarios.
